Butterflied Leg of Lamb on Kettle

Any suggestions? How long will 2.2 lbs take? Leave fat cap on?

There is a membrane that you can take off. I leave the fat cap on. I usually cook lamb like a steak with one difference I use a thermometer. Medium about 155. Med rare 145.
