K Kruger TVWBB 1-Star Olympian Dec 20, 2011 #2 Though there is no need to cook poultry at low/slow temps one certainly can. The skin will be soggy but if that is not a concern go ahead. Or you could cook both at higher temps. Or you could split the difference and cook somewhere in between. The skin will still be soft but the cook will be shorter. Your choice.
