Hi everyone!
Yesterday I attended a KCBS BBQ Comp here in San Diego.(You can check out the thread on the Competition BBQ section of the Forum) http://tvwbb.com/showthread.php?55166-Mission-Beach-Centennial-Party-amp-BBQ-9-27-14 I scored a full point from Jerry A's(Burnin and Lootin)friend and a great amount food from Jerry A. So today I chopped the point and made burnt ends with it. Sorry i don't have any before chopped pics because it wasn't my intention to post this, but midway cooking the burnt ends I just wanted to share this with my brothers and sister here on TVWBB!
I wanted to throw the pan in my 14" WSM but the pan wouldn't fit so I threw it on my 22" OTP. I started a minion with a chunk of hickory and the temps held steady for the duration of the cook

This is quick shot of the meat candy getting happy and sticky on the kettle!
Finished just in time before Sunday Nights game! I used Desperado's Southwestern Sauce http://desperadobbq.com/ for dipping!

The Burnt ends were delicious!!!
I haven't posted much and haven't commented much on everyone's great cooks but thank you so much for taking the time to see this!
