Cured & smoked this money muscle end of an 8.5# shoulder. Just got finished slicing, packaging and throwing it into the freezer. Got 3.5 pounds.

Smoked in the Big Chief and finished on the new kettle cart. When it came off, I added some B&B briquettes and cooked up a spatchcocked yardbird. (sorry, no picks of the chick)
