On a cold December day I like to eat a big bowl of Brunswick stew almost as much as a big bowl of chili. Especially when it's made with leftover brisket and pulled pork smoked on the SmokeFire and turkey smoked on the WSM. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a couple slices of homemade crusty bread but someone forgot to start the dough rising this morning. Oh well It'll be good tomorrow with the leftover leftovers.
