Brisket flat from Aldi's on a jumbo joe. Seems to be working fine and its very easy to control the temp.

It will be nice to take this along for weekends this summer. You just never know what you're going to be stuck with at Airbnb rentals...

Yes Sir! The only thing I used my SJP was fore burgers and dawgs.

I think I bought one of those a week or 2 back. Is that a jumbo or Smokey Joe? I was thinking of doing it on my WGA.
