Beef Dry Rub
1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1 1/2 tsp. prepared chili powder
1 tsp. granulated garlic
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
In a small bowl stir together all the rub ingredients. Use for steak and fajitas.
