Bean Salad

1 ( 14.5oz ) can green beans, drained

1 ( 14.5oz ) can wax beans, drained

1 ( 15.5oz) can garbanzo beans, drained

1 ( 14.4oz ) can kidney beans , drained

1 ( 14.5oz ) can black beans, rinsed and drained

1/2 C diced green pepper

1/2 C diced sweet onion

1/2 C diced celery

1/2 C salad oil

1/2 C vinegar

1/2 t salt

1/2 t ground black pepper

3/4 c white sugar or less to taste

Step 1

Combine the beans, green pepper, onion and celery in large bowl; toss to mix

Step 2

whisk oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar in separate bowl, (or shake in cruet) until sugar is dissolved; pour over bean mixture.
Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
