Hey forum members,

Name is Aaron and I've been getting heavily into bbq with a 18.5 WSM my family gave me this last Christmas.
I smoke meats multiple times a week and BBQwise I'm Into all things related to getting the most flavor out of bbq, Also potentially interested in the competitive side of things as a competitor or a fan. Looking forward to being a part of the sharing of ideas on the forum.
