BBQ Meatloaf Recipe #1

2 lbs fresh ground chuck
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup
2 eggs
1/2 C Panko bread crumbs
3/4 C water
1/3 C ketchup
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce

Mix ingredients gently, if you like tender juicy meatloaf. If you like tough dense meatloaf keep going. Gently form a loaf by putting in a loaf pan then flip out onto a shallow foil pan. Start cooking as soon as possible at 400* indirect heat for an hour or until internal temp is 165*, the top should have a slightly crisp crust and the inside moist and tender.IMG_1089.jpegIMG_1087.jpeg
