Barn find - New Project - Genesis 3?

Just got this one home, sat under a cover in a barn for many years. Firebox is in great shape. Will start pulling it apart for the rehab tomorrow. Really happy the hinge pins were not frozen. Am I correct in thinking this is a Genesis 3 built in 1991? Any tips or suggestions welcome! Thank you!

Looks great. Definitely a Genesis 3 ( L7 code on the sticker).

The date on the ANSI Z21 spec is 1991, so it was built to meet that spec, yet the wheels look like the newer style. It might be a 91 or a 92.

If you find a casting date on the cookbox or end caps could give more clues on when it was built.

I think you can find the casting mark without removing it.

I think the cook box, outside on the bottom might have a date of manufacture marking. Not sure though.

At the bottom of the cookbox casting, in the front, there is a date code (see pic).

I think 91 or 92 is going to be the best guess regardless of the date codes on the cook box and end caps unless one of them comes up 90. Then you could probably narrow it down to a 91 model.
