Bacon-Pepper Corn

Speaking of corn, I just came across a recipe in my new Food Network mag. It calls for BACON!!!!!!! YEAH!!!!!!!!

It is such an easy idea. Can't believe I never thought to try it.


Grill some corn on the cob, rub it all over with butter, salt and pepper.
Then just crumble some cooked bacon all over it.
 
I have been known to make Bacorn, which is just frozen or fresh kernels sauteed with bacon.
Never tried it sprinkled on COTC but that sounds good,
Really good!
