Back burner takes a long time to light...

I bought a 2 burner Silver A from CL.
It is in great shape, about 5 years old.
The problem, the back burner takes a good 5-8 minutes to light up.
If anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate it.

Try using a wire brush on the crossover bar and the flame holes on the burner tubes.

Sounds like the crossover tube is partially blocked by junk the BBQ heats up the junk softens and lets the gas through. A good clean internally should fix it.
