Hi Guys, wanted to do the above and was torn
between 2 recipes I found on Epicurious, both
are rated 100%, one is a cooked in pineapple juice and the other is Memphis style with a dry
rub before cooking, then both are finished
with your prefered mop. Any thoughts appreciated...

I di "Slow good baby back ribs with soo-wee sauce" from Weber's Way to Grill. Really good. I don't do bbs too often because I dislike the elevated price. Regular spares run about 1.39/lb arounf here BUT bbs go for at least 4 and higher.
