Baby’s and baby sized wings.

Not much to explain, finished the ribs in foil and then uncovered in the oven while the wings cooked.
Wings took about 35 minutes wide open vents.
Made oven roasties too....layer of sweet onion on the bottom, cubed taters, once finished I took some of our fresh grown dill and melted some butter and made a sauce deal, topped the potatoes with it and then stirred everything including the onion in.
They were great.

Great to see a cook from you and a cook like that to boot. I haven't done ribs in way to long and the shoot of your after they were done, man it is making me crave some.
