Hi guys, tried to make a slow roast baby back rib rack with my weber, put in a lower grating for a smoker box and a tray of water below the meat to keep the temperature around 225f,
Using my igrill I noticed it was leaning towards the hot side, 238 and few min later on 209, wind could've done that, so I was wondering if there's such a thing as installing an automatic temp controller that would compensate the weather conditions and on top of that make my weber to slow cook, like getting into indirect cooking without the tray, foils and water, etc. please let me know, thanks

Ty, I've never heard of anyone using an ATC device on a gas grill - that said, I wouldn't worry about the temps you cite - 25º plus or minus your target temp of 225º shouldn't affect the quality of your final product, although it will impact the cooking time.
