Some how my post never printed and I don’t even drink

So I do lots of crazy things.
Yesterday was Aqua Culture.
I planted a whole bunch of Kumamoto Oysters and Geoduck clams.
Them clams get huge.
We already have oysters but I wanted to try raising this kind.
Since they don’t reproduce in these cold waters they spend their time growing.
They grow fast and can be harvested anytime where as most oysters are harvested in the winter because they spawn in the summer months.
When they are spawning they don’t taste as good in my opinion But they are sold any way.
It is a simple hobby and you never have to feed or water them.
With the proper permits I can sell to the Pubs and Bistros around here and make a few bucks….possibly even a nice tax write off.
