First post but I've been reading this forum for many years. Almost all my smoke recipes come from here and I'm making my family and friends hungering for more.
My question is in regards to the Turkey Apple brine recipe. It seems like it was meant for a 12-14lbs turkey but my wife brought home a huge 24 pounder. How do I tweak the brine recipe to accomadate the big bird?
