Anyone with a DynaQ?

First time using the DynaQ. My wife felt like having a chicken breast for dinner and I threw on some wings for myself.
I have the bottom vent completely closed and had to close the top vent most of the way because I over shot 350 degrees.
10 minutes later it seems I am too low with the top vent barely open.

What is the sweet spot on the top vent to maintain a temp?

I am using Basque Sugar maple charcoal for fuel.
