Another probe eyelet option

Seems to me that the main benefit of using sonething like the BBQ Guru Eyelets is that there is no need to drill holes through the porcelain coated steel. If one needs to drill a hole anyway, seems that something like this would work very well. These particular ones are silicone so thay should take the heat nicely and provide exceptional protection for the probe wires.
