1 lb - meatloaf mix, pork/beef
1 lb - jimmy dean bold sausage / spicy
1 small onion diced
1 small green pepper diced
1/2 bonnet pepper diced
4 cloves of garlic minced
6 sliced bread dried and cut into cubes
2 tbs worschestire sauce
2 tbs bbq sauce
1/4 cup half & half
1/4 cup gorgonzola cheese
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
1 egg
saute - onion, pepper, garlic....and cool
combine all other ingredients
fridge for 3 hours at least - cooling this before cooking allows it to set up and it wont fall apart on the grill.
Light 1 huge weber chimney full of kingsford
once smoking hot - place drip pan in center of charcoal grill
pour charcoal around perimiter of drip pan
add 2 chucks of misquite
cook @ 350 or so for about 1.5 hours.
