Angus Barn Chocolate Chess Pie

1 unbaked pie crust
1 stick of butter
2 squares baker's chocolate semi-sweet
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt

1. Melt butter and chocolate, mix with other ingredients, which have been blended together.
2. Pour into pie crust and bake 35 minutes (no longer) at 350F.
3. Top with whipped cream.

I've had this recipe for many years, as I picked up a post card with the recipe on it while dining at the Angus Barn once (on the company's dime). We made one for a family gathering a week prior to Christmas this year, and the pie was gone before I got a picture. Highly recommended!
