Age of a Kettle Performer

After checking the s/n grid as to the age of my grill I must be missing something ...as the sequence does not seem to match up with any year. I am hoping someone might be able to set me straight, please. The s/n I am coming up with from the rotary damper is OE5968249. Your help is appreciated.
