With Marshmallow Cheesecake Filling And Toasted Coconut
The ingredients:
Pineapple - Sectioned lengthwise, removed the core, grilled, then cubed and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar.
Cheesecake Filling - 8 oz pkg of cream cheese mixed with 7 oz jar of marshmallow cream and 1/2 tsp vanilla.
Coconut - Toasted in cast iron skillet.
I was just thinking "about the only thing I do with pineapple is grill it for dessert - oh look James is posting
the same thing"... This is NOTHING like what I do - and it sounds amazing! I bet you win prizes with that!
I'm kind of thinking this may replace the homemade ice cream I was considering for a low-key Fourth.
