I can't find the thread where we were talking about it, but I put up a new 4.3 case customizer option on Thingiverse with no LCD/button holes on the front.
This is to be used without a LCD/Button board installed and no 1x5 female headers on the base board. The case isn't as small as it could be (22.4mm for Pi3 or 19.1mm for Zero) because there's no space for the nut traps to go as the case gets smaller (25.3mm). Threaded inserts could be an option but I think this is a decent compromise. I haven't tested it by printing it, but the screw size I think should be M3x24mm. A 25mm might work but it might start to deform the top of the case as it gets fully tight. I think M3x20mm would be a better fit but the screw will just barely reach the nut to begin to engage it.
