I just built a 4.3 HeaterMeter and the case does not close properly. Please take a look at the attached pictures and make suggestions.

Looking at the LCD, it needs to go underneath the grab notch on the top side of the case. Looks like you're trying to crush the electronics to fit outside the notch. It is helpful to first insert just the LCD PCB assembly under the grab notch, and push it down flat so that the LEDs go into their holes and expand them just a touch because sometimes that fit can be a little tight on the first install, so get it out of the way before trying to do it all together.

To assemble, stack up all your parts, LCD, Base, Pi, then insert the assembly into the top half of the case, leading with the top edge of the LCD and inserting it under the retaining notch. Fold it down so the LEDs go into their holes as before except now it is a pile of parts with the Pi on top. Now take the case and hinge it on the same side as the LCD. Fold down, being careful to guide the edge between the RJ45 output and the power jack, because this piece can break off if you try to force it while not aligned. Finally, make sure the little rail bit from the close (non-LCD) side of the case goes between the power input jack and case wall, this might need a small amount of sanding if it is too tight, and then close with the two screws.
