3-2-1 Ribs

A pair of STL style ribs on the WSM. Comes out great everytime I use the 3-2-1 method. In the foil wrap, I used bacon fat and hot pepper jelly...awesome.

Some terrific looking ribs, Arthur. The hot pepper jelly thing does sound very good indeed.
