RonW. TVWBB Member Jun 8, 2012 #1 Today I bought a 22 1/2" Weber Kettle charcoal grate that measured 17" in dia. that fit inside the fire ring. I simply connected the ring and two grates together with two SS hose clamps. Don't forget to clock one grate 90 degrees.
