2011 Rorisserie Turkey (3 large pictures)

2011. A 13.55 lb fresh Butterball. A better turkey than last year. Simple olive oil + salt & pepper. On a rotisserie the simple seasoning works best. Beautiful at 2 hours and fully coked, perfect at 3.

Very tasty turkey. Better turkey than the last few years.
