Went for another double bone in breast indirect cook last night.
Used jealous devil.....first time, I do like it.
Also Furtado farms peach wood....I could go on about that for a little while.
I added it to the chimney bark side down for the last couple minutes it was firing up.
It was on fire and smoking good when I added it to the bbq.
You could smell it before the food went on, it seemed very sweet. It is a must have.
Got all the tough smoke out of the peach, and the rest burnt for the duration of the cook.
It was possibly the best chicken I have had.
Took around 50 minutes at about 450 lid temp.
Juicy breast....asparagus, brown rice.
Healthy and tasty for sure.
Killer hogs hot bbq and traeger everything rub.
