I know how to smoke a brisket on offset and bullets but this will be a first on my OTG 22.5 .. remembering the number one rule of bbqing, dont cook for others before you cook for yourself .. my head is reeling with overload of info from here and cyber space .. gona keep it simple with a small cut of meat and see how it goes .. wish me luck and I'll report my errors as well as my sucess .. it is 110 in the shade here in DFW Texas, **** I could smoke it with the meat on the sidewalk, few wood chips and the lid of OTG on top I thinks .. thanks to all the great folks here for the info ..
