100 or 200 for skirt steak?

I am selling a couple of my kettles to make way for either a 100 or 200 Q for tailgating. Skirt steak is what i do most cause it's so quick and easy.

Any threads about grilling skirt steak on either the 100 or 200? Will either get hot enough for this sort of quick sear? I keep reading the 100 Q's get hotter than the 200 series. Just trying to confirm that.

I'm not worried about size comparisons, just the heat.

well, i sure have no problems on my q220. go take a look at each side by side and decide for yourself.

Check the comparison chart at the beginning of the Q forum. Then look at them side by side. By the way, if you order from Amazon through the forum, it helps the forum out. Cant beat reading the reviews on Amazon.
