10 things every BBQ nerd should know

I just read this today after reading an article on the 10 best cities for BBQ.

It was from last year so if this is a re-do I apologize. Thing is I don't care for the word "BBQ nerd or geek" ( I just do what I do and I'm sure most of you do too! )
But what caught my eye was the pic of a WSM and a severely overloaded SJP charcoal bowl.
