Grilled some veggies on the firewire. Just used some EVOO and S&P. For the seafood, used old bay, EVOO, butter and lemon zest. Also added garlic, white wine and finished with parm cheese. Served over pasta. Came out great and was pretty easy and quick when all is said and done. Thanks...
