Gasser on CL

looks like a genesis silver a

if it's in as good of shape as claimed I think it's a good value

dunno about there but tanks expire every ten years here... might not be much life left on the tank (check the date stamp)

Hi Gary,
I didn't get to see the picture but I recently bought a Genesis Silver A off of CL and paid $50 for it. Its a 2002 model. I did spend about $200 for new SS grates, flavorizer bars, new knobs, new warmer rack, new castor wheels, new thermometer, and a few other parts. Mine was in good shape and works great.

I wouldn't pay $135 for a 2-burner Genesis A. Maybe ONLY if the grill grates and flavorizer bars were in like-new condition.

I payed $150 for a Silver C with sideburner but had to replace the grates and bars. I even think I may have overpaid just a tad, but no regrets at all after cooking on it.
