Fan Problems

I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction and check my configuration. I am getting power to my fan and it runs but only when I set it to manual on the led screen. I've set the Fan Output to "Pulse" or "Voltage" and it only works in manual mode. The challenge is when it's set to automatic. It always stays at 0 degrees and the fan never kicks on even if the pit temp is set to 500 degrees. Is there something wrong with my config file as it's worked in the past. I'm running an older version of Heatermeter v4.0 and do not use a servo. Thank you for all your help.

Your PID output is all "0" values, so it's not going to do anything.

The defaults at one time were:

B = 0
P = 4
I = 0.02
D = 5

Thank you so much Steve for taking a look at my config. I just made the changes and my fan is working again!!!
