I am a Kamado Joe enthusiast and a Weber Nut!! I have owned a Weber Spirit 310 for about 14 years. Replaced burners and a rusted bottom tray, still going strong and as reliable as ever. Added a Kamado Joe Classic about a year ago and have loved smoking in it. Decided I needed the classic that started it all ... a charcoal Weber! Got a 22 Performer from my local Ace Hardware, true pros! After delivery, fired it up, grilled burgers and I was extremely impressed with the heat management, temperature control. It was outstanding and, WOW, best burgers I have ever grilled! Great grill and I am happy to join this community. I look forward to many recipes, cooking lessons and just friendly conversation about our grilling passion!
