Anyone ever heard of this product outside of NC, SC, and southern VA?...

I traveled to the Memphis area back in 2014 to see relatives and liver pudding (nor liver mush) was nowhere to be found.

Fortunately, we brought a few pounds with us, and the locals went bonkers for it.

I especially like it fried, and it is very good just heating it in the microwave, and serving it on bread with mustard. Even local vending machines carry it on sandwiches in the workplace.

My Papa used to eat it. I've never tried it (or at least I don't remember trying it).

I assume Neese's (or livermush) is sold in your area? The difference between the two is one has more cornbread (livermush) than liverpudding (Neese's).

The thought of it sounds gross to many folks, but it is a very good product. I prefer Neese's to livermush myself.
