Beaumont, TX here. Grilled on/off for a whiele. Mainly when camping (qapartment life here sux). For that reason I got a Weber Q1400. I later got a Masterbuilt electric smoker since I could use it on my patio and also got a Q1000 so if I went to the lake or park I could grill (did this a bit since I'm also into ham radio and couldn't put up a antenna). I am now in a house and picked up a Weber Kettle, can't wait to fire it up next week after a store run for HB meat and some St Louis ribs!
