Hey all! My name is Brad and I am from Canada. I've Been lurking for almost 2 years now and have learned a lot from the main site and the forums. I've had my 18" WSM for about 2 years now and love it! Never did I imagine the fun I would have with it and the community and almost brotherhood aspect of this smoker is second to none. So far I've done chicken, turkeys and Ribs and had amazing results using the recipes from here and tips a tricks from these forums. I've yet to venture in to the longer smokes but will be trying that this summer. Anyways, nice to meet you all and I look forward to chatting and learning more in the future!
