CSS Settings. Sorry don't know this language

I was wondering if anyone can help with these settings. I see that others have a lb per hour rise in the main temperature page by the meat probes 1,2,3.

When I have my meats going I can see the test, but because of my settings its a dark color. I was wondering what language would change this to white so I can see the lb per hour temperature rise?
