Dropped my Digi Q 2 and the glass plate came unglued (along with my mind). I think that was all that was wrong with it. I went ahead and did my cook that day and it worked fine.
Wrote to company and they said if I was so inclined I could fix it, but if I wanted to send it back they would take care of it.
I sent it back and they are shipping it back to me today. I asked, but don't have any notification of them charging me shipping for the return trip.
Awful nice of those folks and makes me feel confident moving on with their products.
Forgot to mention, when you put it in the mail it's like your oldest going off to college. There is a big empty hole in the bbq world.
