Hey Ron - I'm in the process of making one now for myself. My printer is pretty well dialed in, and the fit on the damper halves is a good friction fit (doubt I'll need glue to hold it), but the damper disc doesn't seem to fit the servo horn without trimming, so I printed the disc 5% larger and...

Thanks Matt, appreciate it! I'll look at it more closely over the next couple days and get back. Pretty sure it's a solvable problem by just how I mount the switch. The LCD looks centered, all the various ports/jacks line up, and I haven't soldered in the LED's yet...

Also just got my case from Matt, quickly threw in my (mostly) assembled HM in there, and for the most part it fits well. The hole for the button seems a bit off, but I didn't have time to figure out why (and it's not soldered in yet anyway). Will get back shortly. In the end, still very happy...

Thought I'd post another success w/the HeaterMeter! Haven't gotten to cooking anything yet, but so far working pretty well. I've really only had one issue, and that's as I was leaving it on several hours while I went out to eat, came back and all looked normal but I couldn't load the web page...
