Used my "Meater+" for the first time. It worked great. I confirmed that it was real close to correct with my thermapen. No complaints for now.

I used mine today. Didn't do a whole chicken, but some teriyaki thighs. It worked like a champ!

I got a Meater + for Christmas and plan on doing a rotisserie chicken this weekend. I'll try and remember to post my results.

Normally, for skeet, I use 3/4 oz of shot, a claybuster wad, 16 grains of Red Dot powder, and a Win 209 Primer. But yours look a lot more delicious that mine. 😝

Thread resurrection time. I started using my gasser as an oven this summer due to all the heat (didn't want to put anymore heat in the house than I had to) and so far, it's been working great. I set the rear burner to just a touch over medium and it gives me right at 350. I might just...

Anyone know the model number for a rotissorie for the Weber E310? I'd like to get a rotissorie set up for my E310, but not sure if they still make a unit that will work with my E310. Anyone know which one I should be looking for?
