I was in the mood to stuff and truss but there was no chicken around so i stuffed a chuck roast with some onion's, poblano's and cream cheese. I sliced it and put it in a bun. It tasted like the real thing.
I found a brand new Weber GGA with wooden handles. It does not have the original box but it has never been used. The wood handles look amazing. I paid $30 for it because i wanted the wood handles to swap with my 26.5 OTG. I am not sure what the value of the GGA is so i don't want to mess with it...
These burgers were juicy smoky and delicious.
Ground chuck, cooked bacon, eggs, diced sharp cheddar, cheddar slices, white bread slices, Gates BBQ sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, onion powder, magic steak dust, kbb, cherry wood and a lot of luv.
You can really taste the difference in this naturally fed farm raised hog. Salt, pepper and a dash of Weber kick'n chicken. Garlic mash and tart cherry sauce.

I love the performer but what it needs is a nice cast iron grate like the Craycort or Stok.
