    Thanks Marc! I had the middle burner going, but put the chicken pieces around the outside edge of the Q, so no initial flaring (except the ones at each end of the burner). Later, with the outer burner on, I got mucho flare-ups. You're right, I did feel more "connected" to my Q with this...
