    Please enlighten me on the pro's of restoring vintage Genesis grills. What is about them that make them so cherished? I see lot's of people doing it, and I am curious about trying it,,, but also curious if they hold desirable cooking qualities,, or if it's just for nostalgia. Thanks in advance.

    Burger Night

    So the crew said they wanted burgers tonight. So I fired up the Master Touch and this is what I came up with. Ground sirloin, cherrywood bacon, grilled onions, cheese curds, bread-n-butter pickle, on a toasted onion bun. It was most edible!!! Thanks for looking!!

    Country Style Ribs on the Kettle

    I reckon yesterday was a proper lazy afternoon. With some Merle Haggard tunes playing in the back ground, me and the cat ( Willie ) nursed some country style ribs across the finish line. Used cherry for the smoke and the color turned out beautiful. 2 hours indirect,, 1 hour foiled up,, unwrapped...
