    thanks, its rare to find one of these here in mass because of the weather. all the salt in the air during the winter and the high humidity in the summer .amazingly it wasn't rustbound.

    thank you everyone im almost done with it. I just have to replace the ugly pvc planks with the original redwood ones that im currently restoring.
