    The one from amazon might not be 7409. I just ordered it and they sent a 7444. Ended up getting it for free cause they did not want it back.

    Performer regulator

    I have a 2000 performer and it has a new burner tube. The flame is low with all blue flame. If you play with the hose it will turn yellow and get bigger but it kicks in and out. If I get a new regulator from the newer ones can I take it off and put it on for it to use for the quick connect.
