25th Anniversary of The Virtual Weber Bullet website

Congratulations, Chris! The impact you have had on not only WSM, but Weber owners in general, is impossible to measure. I first washed ashore here over 16 years ago and continue to pick up new things when I check-in. Thank you for everything you have done! Now, 25 more, right?!

2017 How Weber Grills Are Made

Ha...I recognize a younger version of me. I don't think I've seen this. A lot of the b-roll is from the Weber Experience campaign in 2013, and even a few things I shot in some very, very early social videos. Oh, and the old GA!

First Annual TVWBB Upper Midwest Meet is a GO

I am sorry this has taken so long, but here is a short video I was able to cobble together of @Bruce giving an excellent demo on dying Genesis handles. My footage was more for a montage and less a tutorial, but nonetheless, I hope it gives a glimpse of the process and the crazy knowledge Bruce...

Gyro meat on WSM or kettle?

I've only made them a few times and if memory serves me right, I crafted the first one from an Alton Brown recipe and the second from the BBQ Bible. The run really lean, I do recall that, so hitting temp is a must!

Gyro meat on WSM or kettle?

It's been awhile since I've "spun" them, but gyros on the rotisserie are pretty awesome!

Weber Summit Charcoal Grill and Summit Charcoal Grilling Center - New for 2016

Haha! I know you did...I thought it was ingenious! Great question...and I'm not shilling here. I'm speaking for what my needs are. If I could only have one grill, this would be it (of course, who am I kidding, none of us can have just one grill!). Regarding ease of use, it's very Performer...
